If, at anytime throughout the purchase process, there is information that need to be confirmed or has not been entered, a message will appear in the top left hand corner of the webpage.
When a ticket order has been submitted successfully, supporters will automatically be presented with a confirmation page which will include a transaction number. Shortly after, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your ticket number/s.
Here are some common reasons why your ticket purchase has not processed:
- Incorrect format of the credit card number - it should be entered as it appears on the front of your card, without any spaces or dashes
- Incorrect format for the expiry date - expiry date should be entered in MM/YYYY format
- The CVV (Card Verification Value) has not been provided. For Visa, Mastercard and Diners cards this is the final three digits of the number printed on the back of your card. For American Express (AMEX) the CVV number appears as a separate four digit code printed on the front of the card
How do I know if a PayPal purchase has gone through?
After completing your payment details through PayPal, you will be taken back to the payment page on the website where you will need to click on "Confirm Payment" to finish processing the ticket.
Should supporters still experience difficulties purchasing please contact our Customer Experience Team on 1800 555 079, open Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 8am - 5pm.
